Description

The basic information of the device is recorded in Device Health, including：

  • Device Name：Device name
  • Device ID：Device ID
  • Software Version：Software version
  • Hardware Version：Hardware version
  • Format Memory Card：Format the memory card

Steps

  1. Tap the “Device Name” to change the device name.
  2. If the device requires an update, the “Software Version” or “Hardware Version” displays red. Select the corresponding item and update the version according to the notice.

    Do not switch off the device during the update. The total procedure takes 1 - 5 minutes. Please be patient.

  3. Select the “Format Memory Card” to delete all the files stored in the memory card.

    All the videos will be deleted if the memory card has been formatted, in exception of the videos saved under “Downloaded Videos”.

  4. Select the “Delete Device” at the bottom to remove the device from your user account.
